With Fiorentina, Vlahovic saw success in the 2020–21 season. Only Cristiano Ronaldo, Romelu Lukaku, and Luis Muriel scored more goals in Serie A than he did during the course of the year, which put him in fourth place overall.

The Serbian striker maintained this form throughout the ensuing campaign, scoring 17 goals in his first 21 appearances. As a result, Juventus, an Italian powerhouse, made a costly attempt to lure him to Turin in January for as much as €80 million.

And there might be another transfer coming up. Arsenal might pursue Vlahovic again in January, according Calciomercato. While he was at Fiorentina, it was known that the Gunners were intrigued.

The north Londoners turned to Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus after failing to secure his signing. The Brazilian has had a successful debut at the Emirates Stadium, recording four goals and three assists in his first seven league appearances.

There is no information on whether Jesus would be moved to make room for Vlahovic if he arrived in January. He has played up wide for Man City on multiple occasions and can play as a winger on either side.
