Even Mikel Arteta was unable to forecast where Arsenal would stand at this point in the season. The Gunners were on a steady upward trajectory prior to the start of the 2022–23 season, but since the summer, when Arteta’s team took over first place in the Premier League with a five-point lead, they have made a titanic step forward in their development....CONTINUE READING THE FULL ARTICLE>>>

Anyone who has watched Arsenal play over the past few months can see that they have the best on-field chemistry of any Premier League team so far this season.

Because of this, Arteta must take care not to disrupt his team’s rhythm by adding too many players during the January transfer window.

Arsenal is rumored to be interested in bringing Youri Tielemens to the Emirates Stadium to expand their midfield options.

The main target for Arsenal in the January transfer window is reportedly Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk, who is apparently open to moving to North London.

Arteta is correct, but it will be challenging to locate the perfect player with the right profile in January, and Arsenal risk being pressured into making a quick choice by the possibility of winning the Premier League for the first time since 2004. The best course of action might be to hold off until the summer, when the appropriate player becomes available.
