The England international and Nigerian-descent retained his spot in his team’s starting XI line-up having been considered as a key and prominent figure in the squad since he kick started his loan spell in the last summer transfer window.
Folarin Balogun in the game was at top notch for the host at the heart of the attacking line in the whole 90 minutes duration of the game where he posed to be a big threat in the opposition box, thereby created a couple of chances which were instrumental in the hard-fought victory that placed them at the 8th spot on the table.
The first half of the game hanged on the balance as there was nothing separating the two sides going into the half time break which ended goalless draw.
The tempo of the game got more intensed in the second half as they both displayed some more incredible style of play but none was able to break the deadlock until the 94th minute, when Jens Cajuste scored a dramatic winner for the host to make it one nil at full time.
