Arsenal today announced the departure of Swiss midfielder, Granit Xhaka after seven years with the club. Granit Xhaka joined Bayer Leverkusen on €25m deal from Arsenal. After 297 appearances, two FA Cups, 1 Community Shield, 23 goals and 29 assists Xhaka now says goodbye to Arsenal.
It was a big day for Arsenal as William Saliba signs his new long term contract valid until June 2027. Saliba accepted the proposal in June, documents are finally signed as expected. It will also include an option until 2028.
Arsenal also announced that Reiss Nelson has extended his contract until 2027, with an option for another year. After the Timber and Rice deal, Arsenal will shift their focus to Joao Cancelo and Romeo Lavia.
PSG have asked Kylian Mbappe to extend his contract before July 31 or leave the club. They have put a price tag of £200 million on the player. Real Madrid are monitoring his situation, as well as Arsenal and Liverpool…readfull
