As the season has gone on, it’s pretty clear that Asensio’s role on the team has become more important. But the truth is that his contract ends at the end of the season. There have been rumors that he might sign a new one, but the Spaniard hasn’t signed anything yet.

If Asensio left Real Madrid, there would be a lot of teams that would want to sign him. Arsenal was linked to the Spanish player a lot over the summer, but it looks like they are no longer in the running.

CalcioMercato says that Jesus’ injury will change what Arsenal wants to do during the winter transfer window. Discussions about Asensio and other players like him will be put off, at least for now.

Jesus moved to Arsenal from Manchester City in the summer and he has been one of their best players, and they are currently at the top of the Premier League table.

Jesus did end up getting injury while he was with the Brazil team at the World Cup, and he has since had surgery to fix it. When he will come back is still unknown, and Arsenal’s plans will depend on that.

On the other hand, it will be interesting to see what happens to Asensio in the future. Even though he seems more likely to stay than to leave, neither option can be ruled out for sure just yet.
