The body naturally cleans itself so all that needs to be done is washing it with clean water . Using those chemicals affects the oH balance which could lead to all kinds if infections and discharge. Every lady wants to smell nice down there but water is enough to do the trick .
Over washing the place
As stated above water is enough to clean your private part but using too much water washed away the bacteria that is supposed to protect the area from infection so with the bacteria gone , the place is open to all sorts of infections.

Douche means to wash or soak. So douching is simply the washing or cleaning of the inside of the vagina with water or other fluids. Most douches are can be found in stores as already packaged mixtures of water and vinegar, baking soda, or iodine among others. The mixtures usually come in a bottle or bag. This also washes away all the bacteria that should be there.
Touching without washing their hands.
We all know the the implications of not washing our hands so imagine touching such a sensitive area with unwashed hands. This could lead to serious infections and irritations.
