He highlighted the superiority of justice over corruption, crediting the Judges’ faithfulness to the law for the peaceful resolution. Additionally, he mentioned the Supreme Court Justices’ displeasure with the acts of the Court of Appeal.
Shifting focus to Plateau state, he discussed a pivotal issue where the Court of Appeal asserted that a previous judgment rendered the PDP’s structure improper, thereby rendering the upcoming election null and void. He highlighted that the Supreme Court also addressed this matter by upholding justice in the case.
He said in an interview with Channels TV, ”Now after that Kano judgment, there was peace and joy throughout Nigeria, meanwhile it was the opposition that won. Do you notice anything from the ruling party saying the judgment is this or that? Do you know why?
The melody of Justice will always be better than the malfeasance of corruption. It is obvious that the Judges ruled and judged according to the law. The Supreme Court was even angry with what the court of appeal did.
And I will tell you that also in Plateau state, the major thing was that the Court of Appeal was saying there was a court judgment saying that the structure of PDP was not proper. And so going into the election with that judgment, the whole thing is null and void.
