1. Eat raw garlic

According to Healthline, one of the best ways to get the benefits of garlic is to eat it raw. This is because raw garlic contains the highest levels of allicin, a compound that is thought to be responsible for many of the health benefits of garlic, including its ability to lower blood pressure.

To eat raw garlic, you can mince it and add it to your favourite dishes, or you can take it as a supplement.

2. Cook with garlic

Garlic can also be cooked and still retain many of its health benefits. When cooking with garlic, it is important to add it towards the end of cooking to preserve the allicin content. Garlic can be added to a variety of dishes, such as soups, stews, stir-fries, and pasta dishes.
