The grand finale of the English top-flight league will feature 10 games that will kick off simultaneously across 10 different venues in England on Sunday.
With the English Premier League title already won by Manchester City, there are still plenty of dramas expected on Sunday as three clubs will be battling for relegation survival.
Everton, Leeds United, and Leicester City will have a day of destiny on Sunday, as two out of three will be relegated to the Championship to join Southampton who have already been relegated.
However, Everton happens to have their destiny in their hand as they will need to get a victory over Bournemouth on Sunday at Goodison Park in a bid to ensure their safety.
