De Bruyne and Haaland made the list alongside Arsenal stars Buakayo Saka and Martin Odegaard.
Also Manchester United player Marcus Rashford and Tottenham player, Harry Kane made the cut.

Haaland is the top scorer in the Premier League with 36 goals while Tottenham hitman Kane is the second-highest scorer in the league with 27 goals.
Trippier has been impressive for Newcastle this season.
The Englishman, who has netted a goal so far this season, has been a key figure for Newcastle’s defence.
He also played a key role in their fight to secure a top-four finish this season.
Saka has scored 13 goals and provided 11 assists for Arsenal this season in the Premier League.
Rashford has netted 16 goals for Man United this term while Odegaard has scored 15 goals and registered seven assists for the Gunners.
