AC Milan’s top-four hopes suffered a huge blow today as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Bologna.

The visitors came into this game off the back of a 1-0 win over Napoli in the UCL, and we’re hoping to keep their good form going.

However, they were taken aback by an early strike from Nicola Sansone.

AC Milan pressed immediately, and we were able to dominate the game, but it took until the 40th minute for Tommaso Pobega to equalise.

Both teams hoped to take the lead in the second half, but neither side looked dangerous in attack, and the game ended 1-1.

Napoli’s poor form continued today as they were held to a goalless draw by Verona. The host completely dominated the game, having the most ball possession and goal attempts but failing to convert them.

However, in today’s game, it should be noted that Napoli lacked quality players in their starting XI.

The likes of Osimehn, Zielinski, Kvaratskhelia, and Lobotka were not named to their starting XI today and this affected Napoli’s performance today.

They only came in late as substitute and were unable to make a difference.
