The party made this call during a press briefing on Tuesday as it said that another election must be conducted as soon as possible.
His statement read, we must be aware that no matter how our country’s situation is, all leaders must know that the stability and Security of our country is paramount, our country is bigger than any individual.
His statement read further, To save our country, the present election results shouldn’t be accepted by any Nigerian and neither should it be accepted by friends of Nigeria.
We call on INEC to suspend the announcement of results and cancel the 2023 Presidential election, a new election should be conducted immediately.
Do recall that the Vice Presidential candidate of Labour Party, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed and the Vice Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Ifeanyi Okowa had called on INEC to cancel the election as they alleged that there was rigging in the presidential election.
