Worst Players....CONTINUE READING

1. David De Gea.

The Spanish goalkeeper conceded 6 goals against Manchester City today at the Etihad stadium. Those 6 goals were scored by two separate City players, 3 apiece. De Gea was helpless in front of the City attack and the defenders in front of him were not even helping matters as well.

2. T. Malacia.

Malacia had to be taken off at halftime by Ten Hag after a very bad first-half performance today. He couldn’t get anywhere near Foden, De Bruyne or Bernardo Silva down that left flank the whole 45 minutes. Not a performance he would like to remember for a long time.

3. Jadon Sancho.

He did absolutely nothing in today’s game. Both in attack and on defence, Sancho was nonexistent. Manchester City’s Kyle Walker did well to mark him off the game completely.

Best Players.

1. Erling Haaland.

With 3 goals and two assists in a big derby against city rival Manchester United today in the Premier League, there’s no doubt that Haaland is currently the best player in the league.

He just looks unstoppable at the moment and it’s high time Premier League managers start working together to figure out a plan to stop him from scoring more goals, else, he could go on to bag 60+ goals this season.

2. Phil Foden.

After a poor performance for England during the international break, Foden has returned to club football and has regained his form. Just like Haaland, he was completely unplayable today, full of runs and trickery much to the frustration of the United defence. And he bagged a hattrick as well.

3. Kevin De Bruyne.

The creator in chief for Manchester City’s attacking trident, Kevin De Bruyne was in cloud 9 today in terms of performance. His second assist for Haaland screams ‘world-class and he seems to be developing a deadly partnership with Haaland. One that would leave Premier League defenders chasing shadows each time they come up against City.
