The Blues are interested in Josko Gvardiol and they would be keen to explore a deal with Leipzig that would see the defender join the Blues. However, Leipzig are reluctant to lose their star defender.
The Old lady wants to strengthen their attack this summer and are reportedly interested in Timo Werner.
Werner joined Chelsea from Leipzig in 2020 for a fee of £47.5 million. He has failed to recreate his form at Stamford Bridge and has struggled to put on an impressive performance ever since his arrival to Stamford Bridge.
Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta
Chelsea defenders Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso have been linked with a move to Barcelona this summer. The Catalan club are interested in signing the two defenders as they prepare ahead of next season competitions. Barcelona have already secured the signing of Jules Kounde from Sevilla for a fee of €50 million.
Pavard, Casadei, Gvardiol and Fofana
Bayern Munich defender Benjamin Pavard has been offered to Chelsea and Inter milan midfielder Cesare Casadei has also been linked with the Blues. Chelsea are also interested in signing Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana.
