Cristiano Ronaldo has been heavily linked to Bayern Munich and Chelsea. It was reported earlier this week that Chelsea’s owner, Todd Boehly and Cristiano Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes had meetings concerning Ronaldo. Ronaldo has been linked to Chelsea this season as Todd Boehly tries to replace Romelu Lukaku who is now on loan at Inter Milan.
However, Ronaldo’s former teammate, Roy Keane has made a bold statement concerning Ronaldo being in Chelsea’s squad. He stated:
“Imagine Ronaldo in that Chelsea squad, he would score 50 goals”.
This statement by Roy Keane might be true because Ronaldo is.a very good finisher and Chelsea’s system fits the Player.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored 24 goals at Manchester United this season and if Manchester United’s players had played better, Ronaldo might have scored more than that. Chelsea fans will be hoping that Todd Boehly can sign Cristiano Ronaldo this summer and many will be hoping to see how he performs at the Club and if he can score 50 goals.
