The addition of Marquinhos brings the total number of Brazilians now playing for Arsenal to three, joining Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Magalhaes, who were previously members of the team.
According to Fabrizio Romano, who is constantly aware of what is going on in the transfer market, the quick winger, who is 19 years old and located in the Emirates, will sign a long-term deal with the giants headquartered in the Emirates.
It has been claimed that during Arsenal’s preseason trip in the United States, Marquinhos will be given the opportunity to demonstrate his worth to the Arsenal training camp. If he is successful in doing so, he may be given a role with the club during the next campaign
It is also believed that the team coached by Mikel Arteta is preparing their opening bid for Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus. Jesus is wanted at the Emirates as a replacement for Alexander Lacazette, who is planning to leave the club at the end of the season. Lacazette will be leaving the club at the conclusion of the current season.
