While there’s no evidence that not èjaculating causes serious health problems, frequent èjaculation may reduce a man’s risk of prostate cancer. Satisfying sèx with a partner can also improve men’s health.

The truth is, there is no “normal” number of times a man should èjaculate. Average èjaculation frequency varies based on many factors, including age, health, and relationship status.

There are no guidelines for the ideal frequency of èjaculation in men, either on their own or with a partner. Myths exist about the dangers of regular màsturbation. However, there is no evidence that frequent màsturbation is harmful.

One study found that men who èjaculated for more than 14 days a day had slightly lower spèrm counts in their èjaculate. However, the reduction did not result in a spèrm count below the normal threshold.

In addition, frequent èjaculation does not affect other indicators of spèrm health, such as spèrm motility and morphology. The researchers found that men aged 40-49 who ejaculated more frequently had a lower risk of prostate cancer. Men with the lowest risk èjaculate at least 21 times a month.
