This raw beet cucumber detox juice is the ideal drink for breakfast or mid-morning snack. It’s nutritious, tastes great, and is a cool and refreshing drink on a hot day. Ingredients needed

– 1 beet (small)

– 1 cucumber

– ½ lemon/lime

– 2 carrots

– 1/4 inch peeled ginger

Required equipment

– 2 stalks of celery

– Juicer

Instructions for a Recipe

1. Before chopping, wash all of the fruit and vegetables in running clean water, let them drain in a colander, and then pat them dry so that they are ready to be juiced.

2. Remove the skin from the beetroot and slice it very thinly.
