Chef Maliha Mohammed from Kenya is devastated as she is not going to be the Guinness World Record holder for the person who can cook for the longest hours.
In June 2023, Chef Maliha took on the challenge of cook-a-thon trial as she eyed Hilda Baci’s Guinness World Record of cooking for 100 straight hours.
In November 2023, she fully took on the challenge and finally clocked 150 hours of non-stop cooking to the delight of Kenyans from all walks of life.
Celebrities and fans kept her company and cheered her on as she made history, but it turns out that she has been disqualified and will not bring the award home.
