Sunderland goalkeeper Anthony Patterson has been linked to the move away from the club and Arsenal have now joined the race for his signature. According to HITC Football , Arsenal will compete with Liverpool and Manchester City for the talented goalkeeper.

Sunderland are prepared to let go of Anthony Patterson and the three Premier League clubs will be looking to sign the 23-year-old. Liverpool are reportedly keen on the goalkeeper as a replacement for Caoimhin Kelleher who is expected to leave at the end of the season. It remains to be seen whether they can compete with Arsenal now.

Chelsea submit £73m bid to sign Gyokeres

Blockbuster reports from Portugal claim Chelsea have made a big-money bid to sign Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting. The Swede has been a revelation since joining from Coventry City in the summer and has 20 goals and 10 assists in just 24 appearances.

Portuguese outlet Record say Chelsea have submitted a bid worth £73m but that Sporting will not sell for any less than the striker’s £87m release clause.

Spurs eye Kalvin Phillips

Tottenham are showing interest in out-of-favour Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips, per reports . According to the Northern Echo, senior figures at Spurs are ‘championing’ a move for Phillips.

It is claimed that the north Londoners have now signalled their interest to Man City about signing the player, who has also been linked with Newcastle. England international Phillips has not started once in the Premier League so far this season.
