The duo has now stopped following each other on Instagram. WITHIN NIGERIA confirmed this after it was first noticed by blogger Tosin Silverdam on social media.
A search on the Afrobeats Heavyweights’ individual pages on Instagram shows that the two have unfollowed each other on the social media platform.
Social media ignited as the Singers unfollowed each other on IG, sparking reactions from netizens.
Many made an attempt to decode the reason behind their new rift. Some have linked their discord to Sophia Momodu, Davido’s first baby mama, who shares a tight bond with Tiwa and has an ongoing feud with the OBO Crooner.
Some believe Davido is unhappy with Tiwa for maintaining a friendship with Sophia, while others argue Tiwa took the initiative to unfollow due to Davido’s perceived poor treatment of Imade.
