In some groups, the top teams have mathematically secured their places in the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League, which will take place in February 2023.
It is still unclear whether these teams will proceed as the winner or runner-up in their respective groups.
The following is a list of the most recent Round of 16 qualifiers, organized by nation:
