1.Get enough sleep

When your body gets enough folic acid the risk of birth defects are reduced. Folic acid are important if you want a healthy pregnancy. You are highly advised to take a daily multivitamin because it increases the conception odds among women.
5.Don’t smoke or drink alcohol
