Erectile dysfunction is bad because it can negatively affect a person’s love life and the ability to satisfy their partners sexually. There are pumps, pills, and surgeries that work for erectile dysfunction, but in this article, we will be taking a look at foods all men should eat regularly to fight erectile dysfunction.

1. Protein in Pistachios.

According to “Everyday health”, It says that a recent study found that men with erectile dysfunction who ate pistachio nuts every day for three weeks experienced significant improvement in sexual issues, including ED, sexual desire, and overall sexual satisfaction.

The benefits of pistachios for ED problems may be due to a protein called arginine, which may help relax blood vessels.

2. Flavonoids in Dark Chocolate.

According to ” Everyday health”, It says that a recent study in the journal Circulation found that flavonoids in dark chocolate improve circulation. Flavonoids are naturally-occurring antioxidants that protect plants from toxins and help repair cell damage.

Studies show that flavonoids and other antioxidants have similar effects on people. They may help lower blood pressure and decrease cholesterol, both of which are factors that contribute to erectile dysfunction.

3. Blueberries, Oranges.

According to “Men’shealth”, It says that men who ate flavonoid-rich foods—like blueberries, strawberries, apples, and citrus fruits—a few times a week reduced their ED risk by 9 to 11 percent compared to those who ate them less frequently.

The researchers speculate that flavonoids found in these foods may help improve the health of your blood vessels by relaxing your arteries.

4. Peppers, Peaches.

According to ” Men’shealth”, It says that vitamin c is key for healthy sperm, according to research from the University of Texas Medical Branch. In the study, researchers divided 75 men—all heavy smokers with poor semen quality— into three groups.

One group took 200 mg of vitamin C, another took 1,000 mg, and the last group took a placebo. After four weeks, the 200-mg group improved their sperm quality by 15 percent, meaning they not only had a higher sperm count, but their sperm were able to swim more efficiently and survive longer, too.

According to “Healthline”, It says that carrots improve sperm counts. They’ve long been recommended for male infertility in traditional medicine, as well. This veggie may improve both sperm count and motility (the movement and swimming of sperm) due to its carotenoid content. Carotenoids are the orange-pigmented antioxidants in carrots that provide many of their health benefits.

6. Oats.

According to ” Healthline”, It says that oats are considered an aphrodisiac, and they may be beneficial for improving blood flow to the penis,

They contain the amino acid L-arginine, which may help treat erectile dysfunction and boost testosterone levels. L-arginine is thought to help blood vessels in the penis relax so that blood flow to the area can increase.
