What are the causes of blocked fallopian tubes?
Fallopian tubes are often blocked by scar tissue or pelvic adhesions. These can be triggered by several factors, which include:

6. Past abdominal surgery. Previous surgery, particularly on the fallopian tubes themselves, can result in pelvic adhesions that block the tubes.
