Well, the Blues actually sold the right-back to Southampton in a £5m deal back in August 2021.
However – after the Saints were relegated to the Championship – Chelsea are interested in bringing Livramento back to Stamford Bridge.
The Daily Mail believe the 20-year-old has an offer from Chelsea, while he also has an opportunity to join Newcastle.
It is also said that Livramento wants to go where he will play the most football, which probably makes Newcastle the favourites seeing as Chelsea have Reece James at right-back.
Chelsea are believed to have negotiated a buyback clause when selling the England Under-21 international to Southampton.
According to The Athletic, that is worth £50m.

Behind the England international, Chelsea have added competition in the £26.3m capture of Malo Gusto from Lyon, who was signed back in January before spending the rest of the 2022/23 campaign in France.
The 20-year-old is now at Cobham where he hopes to impress Mauricio Pochettino, meaning there are two quality right-back options fighting for one place under the Argentine.
Therefore, a big-money move for Livramento, when a new striker and also some more midfield additions are needed, would not be the best use of Chelsea’s time, or finances.
Nevertheless, those at Stamford Bridge seem to be huge fans of the Southampton No.21’s ability, so be sure to keep an eye on this situation….READFULL
