Inflammation is often caused by many factors such as untreated injury in the human system that is now weighing down on the healthy status of such person. Another cause is known as (Autoimmune disorder), this is the medical status whereby the immune system attacks some tissues in the body.

What Are Solutions?

In this article, I will be revealing solutions of Inflammation through the consumption of sole sets of foods.

1. Pimento Pepper

Pimento Pepper is a botanical member of the capsicum family. The food is a strong fighter of inflammation in the human body due to the fact that it has some phytochemical substances that are provocative against inflammation in the human system. Some of it’s properties includes alkaloids, carotenoids and more.

Passion fruits also has the necessary properties needed to combat inflammation in the human system. Besides, passion fruits is from the passifloral family which has been used for ages to treat illnesses. The Passion fruit contains picetannol, flavonoids and triterpenoids that serves as fighting chemicals against all forms of inflammatory diseases.

3. Ginger

Ginger is a common sort of fruit that also contain the anti-inflammatory agents and keeps the body safe from rheumatoid arthritis, nuerodegerative diseases and also helps asthmatic patients reduce the terminal capacity of the illness.

4. Cinnamon
