1. Rinses with salt water

Salt water rinses are an excellent home treatment for sore gums. The salt in the water inhibits the growth of bacteria and aids in the removal of bacteria that are already present in your mouth.

To begin, warm a cup of water, making sure it is not boiling, and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Swish the salt water around in your mouth for a few seconds, then spit it out into the sink. Make sure you’re not swallowing any of the water. At least twice a day, rinse your mouth with salt water.

2. Make use of Hebal Paste

To make a herbal paste, follow these steps:

-Combine a tiny amount of warm water with a powdered form of turmeric or clove, for example. Mix until the mixture resembles a paste.

-Apply a small amount of the paste immediately to the sore gums

-Allow the paste to sit for a few minutes before rinsing it away.

The paste can be used as often as needed to assist relieve pain.

3. Teabags

Take a new tea bag and steep it in boiling water for up to 5 minutes, just like you would when making tea. Apply the tea bag straight to aching gums for at least 5 minutes once it has cooled enough to touch.

Black tea, green tea, or even hibiscus tea are strong in astringent tannins. Alternatively, consider a tea that contains an anti-inflammatory plant, such as ginger or chamomile.
