Different people have an intimate drive that is normal to them. Several factors may lead to its increase or decrease.
Some of the things that kill your intimacy drive include.
1. Too Little Sleep
Not getting enough sleep can kill your intimacy urge. Anything that disrupts a good night’s rest can affect intercourse. Ensure you work on your sleep habits, and if that doesn’t help, meet your doctor for the way forward.
2. Stress
Passing through lots of stress can be a factor that kills your intimacy drive. Understanding how to tackle it healthily is of great importance. You can do a lot of it yourself, and your doctor can also assist.
3. Alcohol intake
One drink of alcohol may make you feel more open to intercourse. But excessive alcohol consumption can numb your intimacy drive. Ensure you consume alcohol in a moderate amount.
