Those players have also failed to improve despite the numerous starting chances given to them, and replacing them is what the club should consider. So, below are the three players that Chelsea should sell in the January transfer window.

1. Edouard Mendy

Mendy is the foremost player that Chelsea should sell in the January transfer window. The goalkeeper no longer seems to have the composure and confidence he had last season, and apart from that, his footwork is failing to improve. Kepa is around and will fill the gap that Senegalese goalkeeper’s gap well enough.

2. Kai Havertz

Havertz is another player that has lost form a great deal, and Chelsea should sell in the next transfer window. These days, the player loses possession of the ball easily, and he also seems to be slowing the attacking tempo with his playing style.

He has also failed to impress as a false number 9, so selling him and using Pulisic in his position would not be bad for the team.

3. Jorginho

Jorginho is also one of the players that the Blues should sell in the January transfer window. The team’s lack of goals is partly due to his constant failure to understand and feed the attacking line with through-passes.

Mateo Kovacic has the qualities to fill the position and play with Kante, so the Italian will likely not be missed much if he leaves.
