Below are the three causes of very thick semen discharge in men during intercourse;
1. Hormonal Imbalance
The thickness of a man’s semen may vary as a result of hormonal imbalance. According to studies, if the testosterone level reduces, the semen may become thicker thus leading to the discharge of very thick semen during intimacy.
2. Infection
Urinary Track Infections especially the bacterial infections may be the main cause for very thick semen discharge. This decreases the amount of semen produced reducing the sperm concentration thus affecting the semen shape.
3. Dehydration
Another cause of thick seminal discharge in men is dehydration. If a man doesn’t take in enough water or happens to drink lots of soda, coffee or other dehydrating beverages, his semen appears tp be thicker than normal. Although in such cases the effects are usually temporary.
