6. By comparing him to other men
7. By saying, ‘’and you call yourself a man’’
8. By hissing at him
9. By engaging him in conversations half-heartedly.
10. By shouting at him
11. By demeaning him before others
12. By abusing him
13. By demanding for money or gift before sex
14. By threatening to divorce him
15. By disrespecting his mother
16. By fighting his family
17. By challenging him for a fight
18. By talking ill of him in his absence
19. By talking ill of him to your children
20. By arguing without acknowledging his idea.
21. By not asking questions about what he thinks.
22. By starting all questions with “Why did you…?” because that’s a ‘challenge’ word for men.
23. By withholding compliments instead of looking for opportunities to build him up.
24. By leaving him with a list of things to accomplish while away; and then, criticizing him for not getting all of it done.
25. By correcting him when he’s interacting with the children, especially if it’s his first time doing something. That will stop him from feeling like you think he is a good parent. So, he’ll stop trying.
26. By criticizing their husbands instead of praising them first, especially when they have something constructive to let them know.
