The politician and daughter of one of Katsina State’s most respected politicians, Musa Musawa, made the comments in an interview with Saturday Punch.
She spoke about Peter Obi’s capabilities with her political party, APC, she said Obi has an internet-based support system. The Katsina-born politician described the North West as a stronghold for the upcoming elections.
But she said the district has the highest number of registered voters and despite producing Tinubu, those discounting Peter Obi’s chances will be surprised by how well he will do in the election.
“I can guarantee that we will deliver. Northwest is available for delivery. A lot will happen in this election. The first is that people who don’t give (Peter) Obi much credit will be amazed at how good he will do.
And Obi’s supporters all over the internet are going to be shocked at how badly he will fare in the presidential election. Then people will wonder how Asiwaju Bola Tinubu will perform in the North West,” Hannatu said.
