There are big families and there’s also the family of Nancy, who’s almost due her 17th child any time soon. Nancy, from the USA, is mum to a super brood which consists of 16 tots and will be joined by another baby a boy in the next few weeks.
In total, Nancy will now have nine boys and eight girls, and the shocking number of children always has people wondering the same thing – why so many?
Taking to YouTube, where her channel, Real Mom, Real Solutions, has over 44k subscribers, Nancy revealed the simple answer.
”Honestly, I have the same question back to them – I don’t understand why somebody wouldn’t want so many kids.
”I have 16, almost 17, different children and every one of them is so different from the other one.” There’s so much joy and so, they’re my life. I just can’t imagine life without any one of them,” she explained in the video.
Nancy went on: ”I look at my baby and I just think ‘Would I want another one of him? Absolutely’.”
Some of the youngest of the massive brood include four-year-old Porscha, who recently started pre-school, her sister Nancy, 2, and the latest addition – on-year-old Beckett.
”He is the cutest, most joyful baby ever. […] He’s a very curious baby, he loves playing with toys.”
As the family keeps growing in size, Nancy and her hubby have also had to renovate the house quite a bit, including remodelling of the office space.
The couple have also built ”an amazing playhouse” with a slide in the garden and the kids are loving it. Chatting about the massive brood, the super mum added that whenever they go grocery-shopping and buy essentials ”everyone is always so surprised”.
”What are you stocking up for? The year?” they’d always wonder. ”No, just a week,” Nancy chuckled. Hearing the exciting pregnancy announcement, hundreds of social media users raced to comments to congratulate the parents.
One wrote: ”You are so blessed to have such a wonderful family! Like you mentioned not everyone will understand why to choose to have so many kids.
”But babies are definitely a blessing from God, I’ve been trying to get pregnant for over 7 years, I am 34 now and still praying and hoping to have kids or at least 1 child one day.”
Someone else chimed in: ”I’m from a family of seventeen, 9 girls, 8 boys! I am number thirteen! Congratulations!”
A third penned: ”My mom was #12 of 15, she taught me to love big families too, but I was blessed with only five. I stumbled onto your channel with this video and am so glad to know there are huge families still going strong…CONTINUE READING>>
