She noted that she had been receiving complaints from people about what Muguka has done to their kin calling on the county government to ban it.
“We have seen Kilifi and Mombasa counties have banned Muguka usage and now I want to call upon Machakos Governor to call for public participation so that you can hear what our residents want because everywhere I go they want it to be banned,” Kamene said.
“My plea is, go to the ground and listen to the people because they are telling me that they are tired of seeing their children perishing because of Muguka,” she added.
