But one current idea on how to take on Trump in a debate, or just out on the campaign trail, has her advisors questioning her on its strategy — and some of them are definitely against it.
First of all — Trump has been vacillating on his approach to debating Harris, and has even questioned his need to.
CNBC reported that Trump, in an interview with Fox host Laura Ingraham, said he could “also make a case” for avoiding a face-to-face confrontation with Harris.
“I want to do a debate, but I also can say this:”
“Everybody knows who I am, and now people know who she is,” he said, accusing Harris of being a “radical left lunatic.”
Ingraham interjected: “Then why not debate her?”
