Lucas Hernandez and PSG have an agreement in principle for next season, according to L’Equipe. However, Bayern Munich remains to be convinced for a potential sale as the defender is valued highly by the club. He has a contract with the Bavarians until June 2024.

Manchester United star Ona Batlle has agreed to sign for Barcelona this summer after an impressive 2022-23 season. Spanish outlet SPORT claims that the Catalan side have reached an agreement with the defender over a summer move. Batlle will join Barca as a free agent, given that her contract expires next month.

Slot staying at Feyenoord amid Spurs links

Arne Slot says he is staying at Feyenoord amid interest from Tottenham.

In a statement issued to Sky Sports News by his representatives, Slot says: “I have been hearing a lot of rumours going around about other club’s interest in me. Although I am thankful my wish is to stay at Feyenoord and continue working on what we created last year.

OFFICIAL: Everton’s Christiansen to retire at end of season

Everton midfielder Izzy Christiansen will retire from professional football at the end of this season. The 31-year-old has announced the news on Sky Sports’ Three Players and a Podcast, which you can listen to this morning.

Christiansen began her career at Everton before joining Birmingham City and Manchester City later on in her career, before moving back to the blue half of Merseyside in 2020. The midfielder was also capped 31 times by England, scoring six times.
