Barca could part ways with Alba in summer
As part of their ongoing battle to reduce their wage bill to within La Liga guidelines, Barcelona could mutually terminate Jordi Alba’s contract in the summer, according to Spanish outlet SPORT.

The Spaniard had previously claimed he would take a wage cut if necessary, telling MARCA last month: “I have a year left on my contract, and if necessary, I’m willing to reduce my salary. It’s the club’s decision, and I’ve always helped when they’ve asked me to do so.”
