Done deal: Frankfurt sign William Pacho...CONTINUE READING
As reported by Florian Plettenberg, William Pacho to Eintracht Frankfurt from Royal Antwerp is a done deal. The 21-year-old defender will move to the Bundesliga club in the summer for an initial €9m.
Even with bonuses, the fee is less than the €16m that Royal Antwerp had originally demanded for Pacho, who has played 29 games across all competitions for the Belgian side this season.
Chelsea eye Lukaku-Abraham swap deal
Roma are reportedly keen to offload Tammy Abraham this summer after his poor return of seven goals in 38 games this season, which has seen him fall out of favour under Jose Mourinho.
That’s according to Calciomercato, which notes that one of Abraham’s potential suitors is former club Chelsea, who have a €80 million buy-back option on the forward.
To try and negotiate a lower fee, Chelsea could offer outcast Romelu Lukaku in the deal, as he will return from his similarly unsuccessful loan spell at Inter.
Spurs keen on Henderson
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in luring Dean Henderson from Manchester United this summer as they hunt for Hugo Lloris’ successor. And Erik ten Hag is on the search for a new stopper of his own amid uncertainty about David de Gea’s Old Trafford future.
According to ESPN, Spurs are keeping tabs on Henderson in case United decide to cash in on him in the summer transfer window.
