Victor Osimhen’s brace and lone goals from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Tanguy Ndombele made sure Napoli clinch maximum points yet again in the competition this season.

Well, Victor Osimhen remained unchanged in Napoli’s starting lineup today as he put up another outstanding performance in the competition against Torino.

The Super Eagles carried on with his great goalscoring form this season by netting two brilliant goals for Napoli in the encounter. The Nigerian International seems to be denied the opportunity to score hattricks for Napoli this season.

In Victor Osimhen’s last two matches for the Italian side, he netted two goals and had an opportunity to get a hattrick in those encounters. Today, Napoli were awarded a penalty but still, he wasn’t given the opportunity to take it which could have gotten him a hattrick and the match ball against Torino.

The same thing also happened against Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Champions League when he was not allowed to take the penalty to claim a hattrick in the game.

It is quite surprising why a top striker like him isn’t the first-choice penalty-taker for Napoli. The Napoli Manager needs to make amendments and assign the penalty duties to Victor Osimhen at the club.
