2. Joseph Stalin – Soviet Dictator

Joseph Stalin was the leader of the Soviet Union from the mid-1920s until his death in 1953. He was responsible for the deaths of millions of people through his policies of collectivization and industrialization, as well as through the purges and executions of those he considered his enemies.

3. Genghis Khan – Mongol Ruler

Genghis Khan was the founder and first emperor of the Mongol Empire. He conquered vast swathes of land across Asia, and his armies were known for their brutality and savagery. It is estimated that his conquests resulted in the deaths of up to 40 million people.

4. Pol Pot – Cambodian Dictator

Pol Pot was the leader of the Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia from 1975 to 1979. During his reign, he was responsible for the deaths of an estimated 1.7 million people through executions, forced labor, and starvation.

5. Saddam Hussein – Iraqi Dictator

Saddam Hussein was the leader of Iraq from 1979 to 2003. He was responsible for numerous human rights abuses, including the gassing of Kurdish civilians in 1988 and the persecution of the country’s Shia and Kurdish populations.

6. Idi Amin – Ugandan Dictator

Idi Amin was the president of Uganda from 1971 to 1979. He was notorious for his brutal regime, which was marked by widespread human rights abuses, including the persecution of ethnic minorities and the murder of political opponents.

7. Osama bin Laden – Terrorist

Osama bin Laden was the founder of Al-Qaeda, a terrorist organization responsible for numerous attacks on civilians, including the September 11 attacks in the United States in 2001. He was killed in 2011 by US Special Forces.
