The Blues had reportedly reached an agreement with Sevilla and Jules Kounde but the French International wanted to play for Barcelona and waited for the club to meet the request of Sevilla before ignoring Chelsea for the Xavi Hernandez’s side.
Some Football enthusiasts trolled Jules Kounde after he joined Barcelona that the Spanish club might not be able to pay his salary due to the financial situation and the multiple lever that the Club was activating in the summer to fund their squad investment.
However, the Barcelona Player has boldly claimed that the Blaugrana aren’t owing him any money. It started late on Sunday evening when Jules Kounde posted sad emojis on his official twitter page.
It could have been his reaction to Real Madrid’s win in the Madrid derby against Atletico Madrid on Sunday in a La Liga match but Ghanaian Influencer Kalyjay got Jules Kounde’s attention when he replied the tweet by asking if Barcelona hadn’t paid Jules Kounde salary.
“Salary has been paid in full, thanks for your concern my G,” Jules Kounde responded.
