CS Oparnya made this official announcement today August 23 saying over 8,000 persons will be hosted at his home and urged locals to embrace decorum.
Ruto, who is away in Lamu today Friday August 22, is therefore expected to touch down in Butere at exactly 12 PM and join the rest in the CS’s village compound where a few VIPs from the Statehouse will be treated as other dignitaries camp at Emabole Primary school.
