A cup or glass of tea flavored with some cloves and lemon has many good and beneficial elements. Cloves are a rich source of many nutrients.

These include potassium, calcium, magnesium, folate, thiamine, and iron. On the other hand, lemons are loaded with healthy nutrients like vit C, potassium, b – complex, as well as iron.

If you’d like, you can make some clove-and-lemon tea at home. Two or three glasses of water, 1 teaspoon of whole cloves, & half a glass of carefully squeezed lemon juice are all you need. Bring the mixture to a boil, add the cloves, and let them simmer for another 10 mins.

The next step is to add the lemon juice and keep simmering for another 5-ten min while stirring occasionally. It’s best served at a temperature that’s comfortable for the person eating it.
