The change is being made to allow for the arrival and compilation of the results of the most recent local government poll.

“Kano has 44 LGs, and their results were announced,” he wrote. With 23 LGs in Kaduna, INEC is pressing us to 6 o’clock. Is it to make the findings public and announce a dusk to dawn curfew?
