Why Pochettino Should Consider Including Sterling As Players That Will Be Sold

Rumors and speculations from different media sources have divulged about the possible exit of some players of Chelsea football club, Conor Gallagher, Ruben Loftus-cheek, Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech, Mendy, Cesar Azpilicueta, Mason Mount (who is likely to leave if his contract isn’t renewed soon) and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the upcoming summer transfer windows.

The incoming manager, Pochettino should endeavor to include Raheem Sterling as players that will be sold out.

Reasons:

Raheem Sterling doesn’t affect Chelsea’s game positively consistently: The reason why Chelsea football club experienced poor performances and results in this 2022/2023 season campaign, might be pointed at Chelsea’s attackers which includes Raheem Sterling who had much playing time ahead of Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic under the regime of Graham Potter and now Frank Lampard, but have little positive contributions.

The truth is that most of the Chelsea football club’s fans would be glad to see that Sterling is being sold out because Sterling made a mess of the expectations of Chelsea’s fans from him.

Raheem Sterling is a lazy player and doesn’t help in the marking of balls: Several times, Sterling results in a walk home wRaheemhen they (Chelsea’s squad) are under pressure from their opponents.

Whereas the likes of De Bryune, Graelish, Bernardo Silva, or Foden will return quickly back home to help defenders mark the ball. Sterling’s walk most times yields to Chelsea conceding goals because the space he is supposed to return fast and defend might be vulnerable for Chelsea’s defenders yielding to goal conceding.
