In a tweet earlier put out by Peter Obi on his social media page, the Labour Party presidential candidate said he was watching as Port Harcourt, Auchi, Makurdi and Afikpo moved OBIdiently today, under the sun and in the rain as constitutional rights to peaceful assembly are protected and must be respected by all.
