Ronaldo and Messi have consistently competed for several awards for over a decade, however, both players are past their prime, which means in a few years to come, there would be new set of players dominating football.

In every position in football, there are talented players, however, fans are more interested in seeing the rise of strikers who can break the records already set by Messi and Ronaldo. At the moment, Haaland, Rashford, Mbappe and Osimhen are considered to be the best young strikers.

Out of these four players, only Haaland, Rashford and Osimhen are still in European competitions, hence, they are receiving more praises and recognition than Mbappe currently. Club football has been suspended for now, due to the various international qualification matches coming up.

These three players have shown their worth in their club, and so a lot of fans are looking forward to seeing them play for their national team.

However, both Rashford and Haaland are currently injured and wouldn’t feature in their national team. At the moment, Victor Osimhen is still very fit, and there is a high chance of him playing for the Super Eagles.

Victor Osimhen can benefit from the injury of both players as it is an advantage for him to score more goals, and probably surpass them in number of goals.

Victor Osimhen is currently behind Haaland and Rashford in terms of goals as well as goal contributions, hence, he must effectively utilize this opportunity to move ahead of both players.
