It is no wonder why the Nigerian forward has drawn interest from some of the biggest clubs around the globe, as his sheer skill on set pieces has the power to change any game. He’s undoubtedly one of the best forwards in the game, and Sunday’s performance was yet another reminder why.

Osimhen flew through the air like an eagle, effortlessly beating his man and burying a powerful header to put Napoli 1-0 up on nine minutes. The power and precision behind the goal was undeniable, with no one in the Torino side able to do anything about it.

It set the tone for a dominant Napoli performance that culminated in a 4-0 away win, with Osimhen providing the finishing touch once again in the second half, with a second brilliant header. He showed all his strength, agility and aerial ability, showing why Napoli were so keen to sign him up this summer.

Osimhen’s dominance in the air this season has been remarkable, as the Nigerian striker has used his height and leaping ability to great effect with Napoli. He has scored a total of eight goals with his head, a remarkable achievement for any forward.

The Nigerian has not only scored these goals from a variety of angles and distances, but has also managed to find the back of the net from corners and crosses.

His performance this week is the icing on the cake, with Osimhen registering three headed goals in one week alone, including the sublime effort against Frankfurt on Wednesday in the Champions League.

Osimhen is currently without a shadow of a doubt the best aerialist in the entire globe. He jumps like a basketball player and achieves some amazing heights.

He jumped to a height of 2m 58cm in his headed goal against Spezia earlier in the season, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo’s illustrious leap for Juventus against Sampdoria a few years back. He can produce deadly strength with his neck muscles, hang in the air, and strike with unerring accuracy.

Osimhen has been a major contributor to Napoli’s 15 Serie A goals this season that have come from corners.

In defensive phases, when he returns to defend corners, he is equally effective aerially.

It is not shocking that Manchester United is leading the pack of elite Premier League and European teams vying to sign Osimhen this summer. He is currently the best in the world in the air with 25 goals across all competitions this season.
