Obi’s Response After He Was Asked By Chimaroke To Go To School And Learn Manners

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi was faced with several allegations from the former governor of Enugu State, Senator Chimaroke Nnamani on Monday after he lost his senetorial bid to a candidate of the Labour Party.

It was said by Chimaroke in a tweet that Peter Obi should go back to school and learn good manners on how to live with his neighbors on building confidence and trust. He further stated that Peter Obi was pitting Christians against Muslims and Igbos against Nigerians.

Reacting to Chimaroke’s allegations, Obi responded in a letter directed to Chimaroke by stating that his campaign has always been on issues and databased. He said that he’s always urged the masses not to vote for him based on his tribe or religion.

Speaking further, he said that he don’t have to pay and get back to school when he can learn from Chimaroke.

He said;

“As I very much know that among the critical characteristics of every good leader are listening, and learning and my brother advised that I should return to school to learn some aspects of leadership I am lacking.

“Why should I go to school to pay huge fees when I can get it free of charge from my dear elder brother who knows it better? I respectfully appeal that I be invited by my Senior brother to teach me accordingly. My warmest regards to the family and God bless.”
